Wedding season is fast approaching. If you are planning to do something
a little different consider doing a night wedding or reception in a
well lit outdoor setting.
You may choose a back yard, or a garden of one of those beautiful
historic old homes, an open field in the country or a park. Whatever you
decide you will have a memorable and unique wedding or reception.
It sounds like a bit of work but with a little planning it will be
beautiful. Solar lights come in such different styles now that you
don’t have to have candles or torches to light your way. You also can
have your event anywhere without need of electrical wiring since the
solar lights will only require sunlight.
First, plan the area that you intend to use. Ground lights will be
wonderful for marking path ways. To mark aisle ends a light on a
shepherd’s hook that is a little higher would do well.
If you are using a garden setting that has many bushes string lights
that contain flowers or butterflies will add a wonderful glow to your
event. If you don’t have the plants that you want consider bringing
some in from a nursery to do the job. Don’t forget to have solar glowing
lights on the pond in your garden, the soft white glow will add to your
special evening.
These items can make a nice gift for the happy couple for their new
home. The lights and plants last such a long time, that they will have
the special memories for many years and generations to come.
