Q. Do you ship outside the United States and Canada?

A. Yes, you can place your order but it takes a couple of days to get the exact shipping rate for your location.

Q. When do you ship your orders?

A. Usually on the same day that the credit card clears,  sometimes the next business day depending on when we got the order.

Q. Can I have a third party such as a shipping agent pick up the items?

A. At this time we can ship it to your agent (no pickups at the warehouse).  If the agent is in the US or Cananda we do not charge on orders of $50.00 or more.
