SHIPPING
Items are usually shipped within one business day. If there is an item that is back-ordered, the order will be shipped when the item is available unless you send a written request to ship the items that are not back-ordered separately.

RETURNS
Returns made for convenience (there is nothing wrong with the product itself) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the item must be returned within 10 days of the customer receiving the item.

For defective products, defect must be reported to customer service within 14 days of receipt of the product and an RMA number will be issued with instructions for the return and disposition determined, either a refund or replacement at the customers choice.  Products found defective after 15 days but before 30 days are subject to replacement only.  After 30 days all complaints must be referred directly to the manufacturer for processing.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
